Below is how to get support for student account's related issues or questions. These will be directed to the Admissions, Financial Aid and Enrollment and Student Services Departments.
Contact SMU Central at 1-800-607-6377 option 2.
For Financial Aid issues or questions, send an email to finaid@samuelmerritt.edu. This will auto-generate a ticket and assign it to the Financial Aid Dept.
For Admission or Enrollment issues or questions, send an email to admissions@samuelmerritt.edu. This will auto-generate a ticket and assign it to the Admissions Dept. To email the Admission's Team directly, you can reach them at AdmissionsTeam@SamuelMerritt.edu.
For payment issues/support within SMURF, you can send an email to studentaccounts@samuelmerritt.edu or call 510-869-6967.
For other general Student Services issues or questions, send an email to smu-mainline@samuelmerritt.edu. This will auto-generate a ticket and assign it to the Enrollment and Student Services Dept.
