Student Payments and/or Tax Form Request

Students who need to make a payment (i.e. tuition balance due) to the Bursar's (Student Accounts) or Financial Aid Office can follow these methods.

If students need to make payments (i.e. tuition balance due) or access 1098T tax forms, they should log into their SMURF account if prior to Fall 2026 student, or Workday if Fall 2026 or later admittance student.  If their SMURF/Okta/Workday account is not active, then send an email to studentaccounts@samuelmerritt.edu and an employee will respond within 2 business days – or they can call 800-607-6377 (option 2, then option 2).

Checks made payable to “Samuel Merritt University” may be mailed to:
