Intellectus Application Request

Faculty and staff needing to access Intellectus are required to submit a request through Team Dynamix (TDX). 

1. Visit TDX by clicking on the TDX app icon in mySMU 

   

    

2. Navigate to the Request Business Application Access catalog item (Service Catalog -> IT Services -> Business Applications -> Request Business Application Access )

3. Click the Request Service button 

4. Fill out the request form and select “Intellectus” in the dropdown asking to select the application 

5. The request will be sent to a Research Analyst for approval 

6. If the request is approved, you will be granted access to Intellectus within 3 business days 

7. After you have been granted access, log into mySMU and look for the Intellectus app icon 

8. Click the Intellectus app icon in mySMU to access Intellectus
