Problem:
When searching for a student in the Admissions > Applicant records, the following error occurs.
Solution:
- Check Control Panel>Programs & Features to ensure Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client is installed.
- Restart PowerCampus
- If PowerCampus isn't accessible, ensure that you're connected to VPN if on Wifi.
