Steps for Placing a Supply Order or Service Call

Please reference your Equipment Identification number for any service or supply requests.   When calling or putting in a service request, provide the building address along with the floor and room number and contact information.

Please provide the location details including full address, floor and suite/room number along with your contact information.
All orders deliver will be shipped out same day if ordered before 2pm PST, supplies will in 3 - 5 business days via UPS.

 

Service Call:

Please Call: (888) 330 - 5291. The answering agent will ask for the machine Tag ID Number.

  • You will then be asked to confirm company name, location’s address, best contact phone number, and a brief description of current issue(s) with the machine.
  • The corresponding Service Tech for the area will then call the number provided and give an estimated arrival time. Calls placed in the AM may receive same day visits. Service calls place in PM will typically have a Tech on site next business day.
  • If a part is needed for your machine that our Tech does not have, please allow 72 business hours for ordering and acquisition. The Service Technician will call to confirm the revisit once the part has been acquired.
