Typically students will receive their SMU login (username and password) as soon as they're admitted into the program. This entails being admitted into an academic session that is setup in an academic calendar. These processes are handled by both the Admission's and Registrar's office.
Their SMU login will be sent to their personal email address. Be sure to check both the inbox and junk folder.
