Self Registration using a Mobile Device

1. Log into mySMU and click on the "Singlewire Informacast" app icon or visit this link: https://informacast.app/CCqE
    
2. Enter your email
   
    
3. After logging in to Informacast, make sure our name is displayed correctly.  Click Add User Device.
   
    
4. Click on the Device Type and select the device type.  The system will send a text message to SMS device type.  The system will send a voice call to Phone Call device type.  The system will send an email to the Email device type.  The system will send a verification message to the provided contact device.  Provide a name for this device and click Save.
    
5. If there are times when you do not want to receive the alerts, set the Do Not Disturb options.
   
    
6. Ensure your devices show verified.

Self Registration using a Desktop or Laptop
