The most common way to release a print job from a Universal Print printer is by opening your phone's camera app and scanning the QR code attached to the printer.
NOTE: If you have a dedicated desktop printer in your office or you're a student printing to one of the student shared printers (ie library or computer lab), then you'll be able to print without having to use the secure release with QR code. All you need to do is add the printer to your computer by following the appropriate 'Setup of Universal Print Instructions'.
Secure Release with QR Code
This feature holds your print job in the queue until you physically walk up to the printer and release it, ensuring privacy and preventing wasted prints.
