Student Payments and/or Tax Form Request

Students who need access to tax forms or to make a payment (i.e. tuition balance due) for the Bursar's (Student Accounts) or Financial Aid Office can follow the directions below. 

• Sign into SMURF. If you don't have access to SMURF then:

  • Make a check payable to Samuel Merritt University and send it to SMU Student Accounts 3100 Telegraph Ave. Suite 1110.
  •  
  • Pay by phone on Wednesdays at 510-879-9236.
  •  
  • Send an email to StudentAccounts@samuelmerritt.edu and the appropriate Student Accounts coordinator will reach out and make arrangements to pay with the credit card or fulfill your tax form request.
