If students need to make payments (i.e. tuition balance due) or access 1098T tax forms, they should log into their SMURF account. If their SMURF account is not active, then send an email to studentaccounts@samuelmerritt.edu and an employee will respond within 2 business days – or they can call 800-607-6377 (option 2, then option 2)
