Intellectus Application Request

Faculty and staff needing to access Intellectus are required to submit a request through Team Dynamix (TDX). 

  1. Visit TDX by clicking on the TDX app icon in mySMU

  1. Navigate to the Request Business Application Access catalog item (Service Catalog -> IT Services -> Business Applications -> Request Business Application Access )

  2. Click the Request Service button 

  3. Fill out the request form and select “Intellectus” in the dropdown asking to select the application 

  4. The request will be sent to a Research Analyst for approval 

  1. If the request is approved, you will be granted access to Intellectus within 3 business days 

  1. After you have been granted access, log into mySMU and look for the Intellectus app icon 

  1. Click the Intellectus app icon in mySMU to access Intellectus
